**Q: Is it flammable?**
A: yes it burns can be used as fire tender

**Q: What is better braided or twisted?**
A: Braided is usually stronger at the same diameters, less likely to fray or unravel at the ends or from partial thickness cuts and abrasions, more symmetrical, and ties/holds knots better. 

Twisted can be broken down into smaller strands easier if that’s your thing and is a little less costly.

**Q: On picture, label states "Braided", but picture shows twisted bank line.  Attention to detail please.  Chinese bushcraft products?**
A: Yes it "IS" braided... and yes it "IS" made in the People's Republic of China, 🇨🇳! If that's a deal breaker for you... check out Catahoula CMI Twine. That's also tarred and braided bankline. 

I haven't used this product, as of yet, but if it doesn't meet my needs I'll post any deficiencies in a review under the product description.

I ordered 1lb of #36. Good feel, good grip, nice to work with, not oversaturated with tar, no strong smells, so far so good. BUT, my spool has several frayed sections in the first few yards, so I won't be able to depend on it for strength. Which is really too bad. At the first one I thought I might have just hit a splice point, but after the next couple, well, so much for this brand. I'll bring it car camping where weight doesn't matter, and leave it behind anywhere I'm not willing to bring the whole roll as backup.
