BE CAREFUL WITH GLASS TOP STOVE.Glass tops are NO GOOD for normal flat bottom carbon steel woks.They do not reach the proper heat except on the bottom.This HEAVY hunk of cast iron solves the problem.I takes a bit to get it hot however the entire surface gets hot with the hottest in the center bottom and plenty enough heat to cook up the sides.
