I'll definitely be buying more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heart healthy and delicious when doctored up with spices or grated cheese or whatever *by C***E on January 21, 2026* I’m not a lover of plain walnuts and am eating them as a heart healthy snack in an attempt to counteract the less healthful chips etc. of which I’m so fond. Having said (or rather, written) that I don’t love walnuts plain, I find them to be truly delicious when sprinkled with whatever seasoning strikes my fancy at the moment. I put my desired walnut portion in a baggie, sprinkle the nuts with whatever spice or other enhancement I’m in the mood for, close the bag and shake vigorously. The spice or other ingredient gets into all of the walnut’s nooks and crannies. I’ve used sazon, chili lime, my beloved Sabatino Truffle Zest & Cheese, and grated Parmesan and Romano. They’ve all been good, but the sazon and chili lime are my faves so far.
