My first one is so expensive, and has some problem now. I do not want to buy a high price toothbrush, so I bought this as a replacement. This electric toothbrush is totally out of my expectation. It has the same kind of modes as the expensive one. And the cleaning effect is even more better than the expensive one. Furthermore, it comes with 4 replacement brush heads, that is enough for a year use. I love this toothbrush. The different modes were great depending on what I was needing, I used the sensitive gum one most often as sometimes the other modes were a little too rough for my sensitive gums. I also enjoyed the looks I got when my friends heard my toothbrush on that mode, as most people said it made alien sounds, lol!
