A: Yes. It comes as one piece. Make sure you don't plan on using it for voice isolation though. Works great for thermal insulation

**Q: How many of these should i order for an extra cab silverado. Want to do doors, floors, back wall.**
A: You will have to measure your interior.  I would assume it would take four.  If you are trying to quiet your vehicle then you want a butyl sound deadening mat (at least 50 mil) and cover about 25% using smaller squares located strategically to keep body panels from vibrating.  It is kind of heavy like peel and stick roofing material.  Then insulate.

**Q: What the heck is "high density foam cotton"  ???  is it cotton or is it foam?  it cannot be both.**
A: It would appear to be a poor language translation. The term "cotton" probably is meant to be a description for a flat layer of foam insulation as one would use a cotton blanket.
