I was introduced to this product from a friend of mine who stated it helped her curb her appetite and eat less. I have tried weight watchers, HCT, lo carb, no carb. atkins and even phentermine. Nothing was really helping get those last few pounds off. I followed the directions and took 2 pills before each meal with a big glass of water. I was worried about taste but these are tasteless. I ate like normal and didn't really notice any difference the first day. The second day was about the same. Repeated everything I had done prior and again not really noticing any changes. But I woke up on the third day and felt my stomach wasnt as bloated. I then realized I had been using the bathroom more the past few days and when I got on the scale I was down 3.6 pounds! Now this could just be water weight and I plan on updating this post in the next few weeks but still I am happy with the results. I did get this product for free for this review. When I began this pill I also started watching my calorie intake. I took the Garcinia before eating breakfast everyday. The Garcinia did not give me any adverse side effects. I really felt pretty normal after taking it. I can say that on a normal day if I took a nap I woke up starving or jittery I believe from my blood sugar levels. Since taking this I have not work up from naps feeling "bad". I do not know for sure if it is actually suppressing my appetite. But in the first week I have lost about 2-3 pounds of weight.
