The Brits here favor Tetley, but it's all murky and dull. Americans (esp, from the South) like Lipton, but it's very bitter. This Ridgeways "breakfast" tea is more like the Canadian-preferred "Red Rose", but is much fresher and cleaner. The very nice silver mylar packet probably has a lot to do with that. Great teabags love foil/mylar. As the tea sits after steeping and cools, it develops a really nice leaf/wood after-taste. It can take a little sugar but the flavor develops without it. This is really good stuff for sipping along with, since the taste shifts with time.
