They've always somehow showed slightly near the neck/collar of my shirts and you can see them under slight fabric. I've found these silicone pads great. I've read some reviews and I'm surprised some are very negative about them. For me, I think they're great. You can't see them at the neck/collar, they don't even show under a white shirt or light colour clothes. They're very comfortable and I'm just sorry I haven't seen them before. After purchasing one pair and wearing them for a while, I was so pleased that I bought another two pairs.
