**Q: Is the rod 24"?**
A: 23 1/2 inches tip to tip

**Q: I know this is meant for 30lb tanks, but will it also secure 20lb tanks?**
A: Yes, it will secure the 20lb tanks but the rod will be a bit too long so it will stick up on the top.

**Q: Can a dual type regulator mount to this rack?**
A: I am using a single regulator mount on mine and I just switch it over. The regulator is mounted on a strap that goes around the regulator. If you had a dual mount regulator mounted to a strap it would work.

**Q: Can I travel with only one 30lb tank using this rack?**
A: I would not because it would not be possible to properly secure the tank with the lock down screw.
