**Q: Do you have to remove the "Plastic Bag" inside the tubes?**
A: Hi Sharky, thank you for this question. The plastic bag inside the tubes is for holding trapped air so please do not remove the plastic bag inside. The outer material is structurally designed to hold 500-550 pounds. So the outside material is for bearing weight, inside for holding air. If you have any more questions about our products, please do not hesitate to let us know.

**Q: How does it inflate?**
A: It is not hard to inflate at all. Everytime I use it at the beach IIsimply open it and let the breeze fill it.... this item is to inflate in places there no outlet for pumps... it's the whole point of it lol

**Q: It looks pretty high for water use . Say ur in the ocean and want to get back on it , is that possible if you can’t touch?**
A: Although this air sofa can be used as swimming pool floats, but please always place the Wekapo Baggins in a sage place when getting on in water. Never use the Wekapo Baggins where it can float away and it isn’t a life-saving device. Please always wear your personal flotation device when using in water because the best kind of fun is safe fun. Please enjoy it safely and happily.

I got this for my daughter and she used it once and it deflated after 2 hours and when we filled it up with air again it went down within 30 mins.

I’ve been using this in my living room to lie on & nap on ! It’s so comfortable, the day I tried it I fell asleep in minutes ! I’m a senior with a lot of aches & pains & I had been trying out all different cots that might be handy to use when my daughter comes over . But even when I found something comfortable, which wasn’t easy to do , the offgassing was so bad I couldn’t have it in the house . By now I’d try anything ! It’s like floating with no pressure anywhere , & when I wake up from a nap it hasn’t caused any aches anywhere , I feel fine ! And there’s no odor at all ! It’s probably a bit funny watching me try to get in & out of it , like others have said , just roll out of it , then stand up 😊 . I put a quilt on it to make it cozier & cover up with another one for naps .So while younger folks are enjoying this at the beach & all kinds of festivals & things , just want to say it works great for this not so young person too !I filled it pretty easily just by raising it up & down the first few times but then decided to just use hairdryer on cool . I’ve since gotten the Wekapo air pump with the special clip to fill it & it works great .I did have a problem with it , so I got in touch with Wekapo & they got back to me the next day & took care of it .So far I recommend this lounger , great price , so comfy , very easy to store (takes up almost no room at all ) , so fast to set up & to put away , no off gassing , great for naps & hoping to use overnight & great customer service !
