They don't overly energize you to a point where you cannot relax or sleep, I'm able to sleep nightly without issue, and can sit down and relax at anytime I feel like it. I don't feel like I have to be doing anything, nor do I feel jumpy or a constant need to be doing something active, I just have the energy to do what I need to regularly and for the extra chores here and there that I also need to get done.
