Review: It takes a little bit of practice, like a yo-yo. Don't give up! - Okay. At first I thought it was broken. I couldn't get it going for more than 20 seconds and lights were weak or nonexistent. After about a day of trying it off and on, I finally got the hang of it. It takes a little bit of practice, like a yo-yo. First, wind it up by turning in the direction of the arrows until you can't turn it anymore. Holding it in the palm of your hand, leash around wrist, turn your wrist in a circular motion and feel for the resistance. Stick with it - the resistance. That tells you you're doing it right - and the lights will light up stronger and more colors. Don't expect it to do the work for you. If you lose the resistance you'll soon lose the spin and have to start all over again. Now I can do up to 2.5 minutes with my right hand (before I get tired) and over a minute with my left. I got this to strengthen my wrist and forearm to help counteract the elbow pain I was getting from playing guitar. Sometimes, when winding it up in the direction of the arrows, there doesn't seem to be any resistance, and you might think it's broken. Just spin it a few times in the opposite direction. Then try it again the regular way. This always works for me.
Review: Great gyro ball trainer, easy to use - Nice quality, auto start works well

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great gyro ball trainer, easy to use
*by Y***Y on October 1, 2026*

Nice quality, auto start works well

### ⭐ Waste of money!
*by N***E on November 8, 2025*

So far, this is useless. I cannot even figure out how to attach the wrist strap. Not able to use because I cannot spin the dials enough to get it started. There are very vague instructions. I will most likely return for my money back. I have younger family coming to visit so I will wait to see if they have the strength to make it work. It may be cute if it ever works but so far it’s a total waste of $$$.
