Now the instructions say sit in a sturdy chair and your feet flat on the ground. Well I am not going to kitchen to put socks on,I am using a lazy boy recliner rocker. And I have no problem what so ever. My daughter will be really happy I have this cause after using big chainsaw for a day my hip has been sore for 3 weeks it is getting better but older ya get longer to heal. And she has been helping with socks. Mind you tonight will be the first time in 3 or 4 weeks since I wore compression socks as she could not get them on me. So if you can't bend over very well to put on socks this is a true game changer. As a matter a fact I am going to purchase another one for a fellow millwright at work that can't touch his toes and does not wear socks because of it.
