Longer version: I ordered this remote and got shipping confirmation and the initial location update from USPS within 2 days. But then the package was lost. I waited about 5 weeks and finally reached out to the seller. The seller responded the next morning and refunded my money. Days later the package showed up at my door. I reached out to the seller and they walked me through the process to get them payment since I wanted to keep the remote start (and they offered to send me a return label if I no longer wanted the remote). All communication was very quick, friendly, and helpful. As for the remote itself, it is exactly like the original one. It came fully charged and was very easy to program with my truck.
