I have problems sleeping and this helps block all the light and sounds bc I use a sound machine app. It is pretty comfy to sleep in. You do have to get used to the speakers if sleeping on side. The only problem I have is the buttons. Other people reviewed that they were a problem, and they ARE weird. If I accidentally press a button while sleeping, it can turn the thing off or randomly call my husband's phone. Can't recreate it awake, so i am not sure how it is happening but it is a pain. It is not like the calling function even really works, so it is just annoying. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was a great purchase!
