Headboard and footboard assembled easily and are sturdy. Well, sturdy assuming you use real tools and not the allen wrench that comes with it.The frame? Well that’s one of the stages of Dante’s hell. There are no instructions except for pictures on the outside of the box that do not show attachment to a headboard or footboard. The headboard/footboard instructions say they don’t come with a frame. Yay - good luck with that.Took me well over an hour (working by myself - the beagle was no help as he laid in his bed full of anxiety over what the heck I was doing) to figure out where I went wrong. Ok, an hour and two glasses of wine. DO NOT attach the frame to the headboard and footboard and then assemble. Instead assemble the frame first and then attach it. It looks like there all sorts of adjustment opportunities when you attach them first but that’s just all lies. They don’t work and when you try to make it work you just might end up with a lot of blood coming from your thumb.Since I just put it together, I can’t say how well it will hold up. Hopefully nothing breaks when the beagle and I go to bed.
