Both outputs are controlled by the app together not separately. Switch on both outputs come on, switch off both outputs go off. Would be nice if the app controlled both outputs separately. **Q: If i want to control 4 devices with this, how many units do i need? pool pump (220v), pump for sheers (220v), pool cleaner (220v) and pool light (120v** A: It is possible to have this control two circuits. But, both circuits will be on or off at the same time based upon the timer. There is no way to say turn on circuit 1 but leave circuit 2 off or turn on #2 at a different time. You need to have the first circuit bridged to the terminals to provide power to the timer circuits. You will need to bring in a primary and neutral (or secondary) for the first circuit (that which will power the timer) and at least a primary for the secondary circuit. You will return a switched primary for each of the two circuits. You should be able to get away with only two controllers, if your devices will be OK working in pairs. As an example, I use mine to turn on my primary and cleaner pump and run them at the same time. But, if you need independent control over each device, which I'm not sure would be the case for some of these, then you would need up to 4 of these controllers. I'd combine the pool pump and cleaner pump as they likely always work together, but not sure what the pump for sheers would need to do and whether it would need to be on at the same time as the pool light.
