A: As long as you can fit the pork inside the close and cut with none spilling over the sides, it should allow you to cut thin slices.

A: Hello, this doesn’t cut.  It hold food I place so you can slice it in half easier with your knife.  Things like bagels, chicken breast.

A: No it does not come with a knife.  You can use any knife with it, as long as the blade is long enough reach from one side of the Close & Cut to the other.   It works very well.  We love ours.
