I have rheumatoid arthritis, and this really helps my aching body. I actually heard about it from my acupuncturist. She uses it on my right ankle every time I go in, which is every two weeks. I don't have ANY cartilage in my right ankle, and it is SOOOOO painful to walk. But this spray helps with the pain. It also helps when I have migraines, and any other kind of RA pain. Sometimes it burns my skin, and I have to wash it off with Dawn dish soap and warm water right away, or it feels like my skin is on fire. I don't really understand why that happens because I use it in the same parts of my body all the time. I just with it wasn't $15.00 a bottle because I go through this stuff fast! Review: Works on pain - Glad to find this in a spray since it is not good to keep putting adhesive patches on your skin all the time. It does,smell strong but dissipates. Goes on warm, then cools off. Works pretty well on pain. Warning do not spray where you have recently used a pain product with adhesive. It will burn. Or if it is an area that is irritated it will burn. Use sparingly.
