    Better than expected.

I was happy and pleasantly surprised by the length of the book and the amount of recipes, but disgusted by the inclusion of cashews. I would still recommend the book, but I wish just once an NOI cookbook could exclude things like nuts, coconut, tuna, soy, and other things we are instructed not to eat. They always seem to include at least one prohibited food. I look forward to trying the permissible recipes.
