Seat is comfortable. Adjustments are functional and work. So WHY only 1 star? My arm pads both SPLIT after about 2 years. Company had me send them photos of the Defect AND the label which shows date of manufacture. OK, so far, right?NOW, they won't honor the warranty, even though it is good for 5 years BECAUSE I MIGHT NOT BE THE ORIGINAL OWNER! The company from which I bought the chair is gone and the home office has NO RECORD of me buying the chair.Makes me wish I'd bought the Steelcase Leap or maybe the Aeron Chair.Reasonable chair. The seat is comfortable and the chair is very adjustable. The biggest problem is the chair back is to short - if you are over 6 feet tall the back ends in your upper back and the hard part of the back makes it very uncomfortable. There is no way to adjust the back height.
