This does the job, but it drastically reduces sound quality, especially when using the bluetooth device (even though my computer is turned off). I've settled on unplugging it from the device I am not using, but leaving the designated jack right next to to the designated port, so that it is at least easier to switch back and forth than before. When it's only plugged into one device, it doesn't seem to reduce the sound quality.. but that defeats the whole purpose of the product. Also, there is a lot of resistance when plugging a jack into the female jack of this product. At first I thought it was messed up.
