Should I use this or the rusty metal primer?** A: Use Rustoleum rust Disolver if you're concerned about those rusty pits turning rusty again in the future. Rustoleum Rust dissolver states the rusty surface will be paintable. I've had good experiences with Rustoleum. **Q: Will this work in a paint sprayer** A: Yes, when thinned with Acetone or Thinner. According to Rustoleum Tech Support use from 5-15% Thinner added the paint. However, for informational reasons - Rust-Oleum has become pure garbage. You can't even mix it with itself.
