As usual, I pulled this unit out of the box, plugged it into my existing network, and then plugged in into the wall. My controller discovered it, provisioned it, and then applied the latest firmware. So far, I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the switch in my home network/lab network. I also use the switch to power a Unifi WiFi Access Point with PoE+.
