One has frustration-free packaging and the other does not. The Teach Me Time clock's backlighting does not shut off and the Ok To Wake clock back-lighting shuts off after two hours. **Q: Are there different alarm times for weekends?** A: Not that we have been able to set. We don't use the alarms but we do use the light feature.
