Other than that I'm satisfied with them. I don't however recommend them as a prenatal, but as a postnatal vitamin. I'm at 8 weeks now, and I have had no nausea, very little fatigue, very few mood swings, few cravings, only and only one aversion. I'm not sure how much of that I can attribute to this vitamin, but I do think the herbal ingredients may be helping with some of that. Often, multivitamins upset my stomach but I have had no problem with these. The only issues I have are that there's no DHA, so I just take a separate supplement. It also has a very high iron content, so I am taking magnesium separately, eating high fiber foods, and using some other otc supplements in the battle with constipation.
