This unique design offers a recessed filter with a grate on both sides of the filter. The rescuer side grate helps to keep the rescuer from contacting the filter. The patient side grate helps to stop larger vomitus material from contacting the filter. The filter allows the rescuer to provide filtered, exhaled air to the patient and provides the rescuer with protection from expired air and/or fluids from the patient. Packaged in resealable ziploc bag.
