## Description

Product Description PC-11 was formulated as a true marine epoxy, allowing users to bond to wet, dry and fully submerged substrates. PC-11 formulation provides extended working time, for large and critical jobs, which allows the user to reposition work or make changes. High "wet grab" or tack of PC-11 makes overhead and sidewall work easy without drip or sag. PC-11 demonstrates excellent chemical resistance to mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil, salt, and fresh water. In cold or cool temperatures, place PC-11 containers near heat prior to using. PC-11 mixes and spreads easier at 80 degree F than at 40 degree F. Any clean smooth flat surface is an excellent surface for mixing and working. A small putty knife or flexible artist spatula are great tools for mixing and applying PC-11. Denatured alcohol is excellent for smoothing applied PC-11. Also use Denatured alcohol to clean surfaces before applying. Use with: wood, metal (all types), glass, brick, block, rubber, concrete, stone, slate, fiberglass, tile, and more in any and all combinations; as sealant: oil, gas, water tanks, cellar cracks, pressure tanks, and plumbing leaks; as a filler: holes, castings, patterns, molds, voids, welds, and much more. Work time (70 degree F): 30-40 minutes. Tack free cure time: 90 minutes. Cure for service: 8-12 hours. Maximum cure: 7 day. Gardner impact resistance: 140in./lb. Conduction (electric): non conductive. Excellent thermal shock. Non toxic once cured. Heat range: -20 to 200 degree F. The only other product that can compete with this stuff is PC Woody. This is easier to work with and lasts forever.

**Q: I hace a drain pipe that connects to a PVC culvert. I want to use this to bond the two togeather. The metel side is steel.**
A: This is the stuff You want. You could stick a liberal to a cowboy and it'd hold!

**Q: Does anyone know what the shelf life of this product is once opened?  Months?  Years? It is great stuff to have on hand, but I use it rarely.**
A: I asked the company support this same question just yesterday & got a reply in lightening time. According to Scott at pcepoxy.com: "Shelf life is 2 years and (will) usually exceed that by at least another year +.   2 years is just a benchmark , most likely what you have is OK to use, most of the time if it can be mixed it will work." I specifically asked about PC-11 and PC Clear. I suggest checking out the website pcepocy.com. Very informative and covers all their products very thoroughly. They even have a gallery of project photos and uses along with a great chart of applications and recommended products. It's a great reference.

**Q: How well does this bond to plastics?**
A: I used it to repair some 21/2' pvc pipe and it seemed to work ok.  i know it bonds very well to wood and metal.  it says it works for boat repair.  I mix it on a sheet of lexan, because i saw a repair tip that said pc-11 doesn't set up as quickly on lexan.  i assume this means that it doesn't bond as well on lexan.

**Q: Can this item be returned?**
A: Why?  It is one of the handiest repair items you can have in your supplies.  It lasts for years unless you mix the two parts.

This stuff is simply amazing. Works great as window caulk, sealing around outdoor cables, patching holes in siding, and many other applications. This holds up while other products from Home Depot will fail within a few years. It's worth the price to use this stuff and not have to worry about it in the future. The only other product that can compete with this stuff is PC Woody. This is easier to work with and lasts forever.

It is very very sticky wear gloves. Doesn't smell great. Product arrived fast. Sandable, but in large amounts becomes very hard and built up, so use sparingly in an even proportion.

Awesome stuff! And has saved me so much money on things I'd have to replace due to small (or large) breaks that are still good. I bought the large size because I was fixing an irreplacable large concrete urn that had been broken into several pieces, but it hardly used much despite having several square feet of breakage to cover. It's still together after several years and winters. Since then I've used this to repair so many things - the handle on my favorite coffee cup, several tech items that are still good electronically but have weak plastic parts that break, metal handles, plastic parts... And you hardly need to used much for any one job - I've probably tossed more than I've used. Just have a disposable surface like cardboard to mixed on, disposable spoons and knives for mixing and application and paper towel for wiping away excess and clean up. Don't buy a new one, fix it stronger than it was.
