It is a good pillow. I'm happy with my purchase especially considering the price. However, it is not a hotel-like pillow. Don't get buy this pillow thinking that it will be, like I did. It is very light weight, and the overall feel of the stuffing inside (just by holding it and feeling it with your hands) reminds me of a pillow from any given store. While it may feel that way, it does not act that way once you sleep on it. It balances the give and support I wanted very well. I do not wake up feeling like I'm just laying flat on the bed. I sleep on both my back and side. The pillow has a little too much support for me to sleep on my back, but works very well when I sleep on my side. It hasn't gone flat in the time I've had it.
