Potatoes get caught near the end of the stroke where it should be the easiest to slice because of the smaller width of the food. The safety handle leaves a very thick chunk of the potato unsliced. Haven't tried other veggies yet. I do like the extra blades for julienne cuts. The company is proactive and communicated very well by following up with emails that included the instruction manual and asked if the shipment was complete. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Safety issue caused me to stop using. *by C***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 11, 2017* Good slicing power however blades fall out and storage is a nightmare. I stopped using because every time I take the extra blades out in the carrying case they fall all over. Frankly this product has major safety issues.
