First one did take me about an hour!! The second only took me about 20 mins. They look stunning once up, I love mine! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really Beautiful Lampshade *by H***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on October 1, 2015* Got this yesterday lunchtime and made it last night whilst watching a film.If you have good spatial awareness and are logical and methodical this will be no trouble at all. The instructions are perfectly clear (all you really need for any size, and there are loads of you tube videos some of which are painfully slow. I can see that it is probably a nightmare if your brain doesn't work that way though.Hanging it is another matter though. You need to be able to see what you're doing support the weight (probably easier with a 30 piece shade) and need both hands to get all the hooks around the wire. I didn't manage to do that so I took it down tonight after putting it up yesterday night. I'm going to try to get help or I might re-wire. I think it will probably be easier to complete the shade with the wire inside it while it's not attached to the ceiling, I think it will be easier to get someone to hold it while I screw the wires back in rather than try to put the shade together high up where I can't see well.I believe all this is worth the effort, the shade looks amazing. It's plenty bright enough, no ugly bulb or wierd patterns on the ceiling. It looks gorgeous. I love it really good price. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Any tips of getting the cord through and staying where its put?! The way it slots together leaves no hole at all for the cord, so it ends up sort of coming out between two pieces instead and then hangs wonkily, with danger of the bulb touching the plastic.
