**Q: Does it come with two nozzles; one with ridges?**
A: Mine did but no ridges. The openings are different sizes. One for a more concentrated air flow.

**Q: Want diffuser that goes with this. Which one is it. Someone commented the Bio ionic diffuser did not fit??**
A: I purchased the Bio Ion universal diffuser and it fits perfectly. Hop this helps.

**Q: how many heat settings and how many speeds does this have?**
A: 3 heat settings and a cool blast button, and two speeds for air.  It’s the best hair dryer I have ever owned! Worth every penny!

**Q: Does it work for 220wats? Or just 120wats**
A: just 110, as far as I know. There is no switch to move voltage.
