I suffer from Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face (which is the most embarrassing and obvious place to experience it), so I have to be very careful not to use very oily products or products that are too drying. I left the mask on for about 12 minutes. My skin was positively glowing afterwards. I can't remember the last time my face looked so healthy. It even soothed the redness. I didn't realize the problem until I read the instructions on the product after it had been delivered and it instructed you to clean the mask off, rather than peel it off. I already have one mask that requires washing; why would I buy another?
