Was hesitant re: sizing when ordering and measuring, ostensibly, above the waist, but got it right. Nice feel to the belt overall and ties as tight as you’d want. Locking mechanism is very simple and secure using Velcro. For me, it feels strange wearing the belt slightly higher on the torso as oppose to a leather belt, but it feels really good while using (Zercher squats, deadlifts, bent over rows). Highly recommend - give it, and this brand, a try!
