The US Department of Transportation requires that all new trailers have 2" wide reflective safety tape installed. This tape is required to run along both sides and the rear of the trailer. The added visibility of our DOT Class 2 compliant reflective tape is a necessity in dark and low light driving situations. Our 2 inch x 30 foot DOT reflective tape gives added visibility to all vehicles it is applied to and meets or exceeds all NHTSA, FMVSS and DOT-CS specifications. Reflectape DOT reflective tape can be applied to cars, trucks, tractors, trailers, motor homes, campers, boats, buoys, ATV's, garbage cans, fences, and mailboxes. The DOT Class 2 tape has a alternating 6" red and 6" white reflective color blocks, along with an additional layer of honeycomb patterned prisms for added visibility.
