The product arrived damaged, but the customer service representatives (especially Michelle) took care of the issue immediately with no hassles - it is obvious the company wants to deliver customer satisfaction. I am looking at other SYB products as well because I prefer to reward great customer service. Placed phone in and turned data on.MAYBE 10% DIFFERENCE IN THE READING.#2. Tried to receive a call.PHONE WOULD'T RING.#3. Tried to receive a text.COULDNT RECEIVE UNTIL I PULLED IT OUT OF THE SLEEVE.I was able to talk on my phone when it was placed in the sleeve after answering the call. So its already for the return. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Protective Phone Pouch *by J***F on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 7, 2017* I really like that this brings some protection against cell phone dangers but I have found that it does interfere with reception and I have to take it out of the pouch to talk on the phone. Also can't hear it ring sometimes. In order to not miss calls, I have to strap it around my waist and am not sure that is a good thing.
