Well... come to find out it doesn't. I'm not sure how they have theirs mounted but I don't see any "good" way to hold it with this product.I can't give it 1 star because it's still a good product. I put our iPad 2 in the stand and it seemed to do exactly what it's intended to do. Does it have a little shake when you touch the screen, sure, but it's not bad. If you're really that worried about it you can pick up some cheap stylus pens and use those.I can't give the product a 5 because it states it holds a "most tablets from 7-10 inches"... and I find that hard to believe. The 7" tablets are more narrow than the face plate of the mount (area between the fingers where the back of your tablet would sit on). I can definitely say an iPad works and I am sure most 10" tablets would work but not the 7" tablets. The 8" tablets may also work.With the two adjustable arms fully closed (the arms in the horizontal position), there is a gap of approximately 5 3/4". The arm that would be sitting on the bottom is 3-3/4" away from the middle arms where they could start gripping the tablet. (Look at the default picture to understand what I am saying).With the two adjustable arms spread open there is approximately 8 1/2" gap. The bottom are sits approximately 2-1/4" from the middle arms where they could start gripping a tablet.My advice: If you have an iPad or other 10" tablet, this would would for you. I could live with the minor shake as long as it didn't get progressively worse over time. I think it'd be a stretch to use this with an 8" tablet without a case, so if you have a case you MIGHT be able to use this. As for the 7" tablets... I really believe it's a lost cause, even with a case. It has a little lock holding it in position I chose for it. It came with some being a glue sheet but did try that since I wanted to be able to move IPad.
