Awesome little lantern to use with these candles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Differing times on candle run-times *by S***E on July 5, 2026* I've used many candle based lanterns, UCO is more ideal for models that use a single or triple candle design. Wax quality seems to be okay, yet the wick seems to have changed for some odd reason as I've seen others who hike with them to say the same issue happens "the wick seems to fold onto itself and you're stuck waiting until everything cools off to trim it". If you have a larger UCO model that uses three of these its less of a problem but a single candle model you're left in the dark or using a spare lantern. On the candles that had the wick flopping into the wax, there wasn't any air movement or wind to do it and run time dropped by up to an hour.
