I used the size guide measurements recommended , measuring ankle, calf, and thigh, and once arrived disappointed it did NOT fit all the way to the very top of the thigh like ones given after leg surgery and I’m only 5’2” but I am 175 lbs. They fit about 8 inches above the knees. Stayed up really well though, were comfortable walking around, standing or sitting, no pulling or pinching and I did NOT need to be readjusted or pulled up at all, so I am going to keep them.
