The oil itself is of wonderful quality and really brings an extra flavour to one's cooking, adding to the general well being of the meal. You only need a few drops to complete a meal. It's called "Crete Gold", and it really lives up to that name, as it is a rare treasure from the Mediterranean, but that extra flavour from the island, and certainly gives health benefits to those who partake.
