As with most new electronics, it is way too complicated. The instruction manual is about 150 pages. Really. I could live without the flashing light. The automated voice that announces the calls doesn't speak very clearly or know how to read. I still haven't figured out the blocking function. The system is well-made, but some of the buttons are very small and hard to read. I wish they would ask consumers how to design easy to use features.
