Review: An excellent specimen. - A beautiful and desirable specimen that arrived healthy despite the obvious abuse it suffered during transport that destroyed its higher quality plastic pot. A look at the photos shows the tree after repotting and the destroyed higher end pot that it was sent in. It even arrived with a recipe for olives.
Review: Love this tree - Healthy, beautiful. Arrived in good shape. Is thriving, though no flowering or fruiting yet. UPDATE: I bought two of these from the same grower. The first was early in the year. It has grown a lot and is super healthy. I was so pleased with it I bought another several months later. The second one is infested with San Jose scale. I've been handpicking and spraying with Neem oil, but looking through a microscope, there are hundreds and hundreds of microscopic scale insects smaller than the point of a straight pin. I have removed the tree further from my other fruit trees, which I hope are not affected. I am disappointed because I love container growing citrus and olive and hoped to add some other kinds of dwarf trees. I will still try with this particular plant over winter. But I may have to trash it if I can't control them.

## Available Options

This product comes in different **Size** options.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between the 2 options? They both say 6-inch pot?**
A: I think the difference is the size (height) of the plant

**Q: Can this plant be planted outside in zone 7and stay outside ?**
A: Hello Plant Friend! Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, Olive trees can actually tolerate some colder temperatures, even down below freezing, but they won't like being exposed to cold temperatures for long periods. Since the biggest concerns are the night temperatures, that is what you have to look at. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

**Q: Can this plant tolerate being kept potted in zone 7?**
A: I am in zone 5B (Albany NY). My plant is growing nicely in a south facing window. No problem. I am looking forward to taking it out onto my deck in the warmer summer and returning it to the window next winter.

**Q: Does it come with the decorative pot as shown in the picture? If not how can i order one to be delivered at the same time?**
A: No decorative pot. I left it in the plastic pot for about six weeks. I put the plastic pot inside a nicer pot. Then, when the plant was acclimated to its surroundings, I transplanted it into a slightly larger and nicer pot. Remember to fertilize and water. If you do it will grow nicely
