Review: Great taste - Bought this twice now. Last a long time
Review: Delicious - Since I started using the various versions of Redmond's salt in 2021, I stopped enjoying the many other salts I had acquired. To me, none could stand up to the flavor that delighted my tongue. Since I no longer really use other spices, I'm always on the hunt for a salt that will stand out in a positive way. Most I've tried in the past few years I give away because I know I won't use them after doing so a few times. This, on the other hand, I absolutely love. It is so delicious. It flirts with and tantalizes my taste buds. I cannot express enough how much I enjoy it. I highly recommend it to anyone who follows the carnivore lifestyle because it takes beef and seafood to a whole new level. A little goes a long way, too. I'm typically OMAD. I like to do a pinch of this after cooking along with a little Redmond's fine or kosher. This is definitely my new favorite salt and I didn't think anything could topple Redmond's. Something to be aware of...the black does melt onto the food, so if serving something delicate like shrimp it will definitely stain the flesh as it melts. Doesn't bother me, but can be surprising if you don't expect it.

**Q: Is this unrefined salt?**
A: This salt is only made with geothermal evaporation with no other interference with the natural process of salt making. For the black colour it is mixed with activated charcoal

**Q: Does this need to be used in a grinder**
A: No you don't need a grinder. You just use your fingers to sprinkle the salt flakes. If you want the flakes in fine consistency you can use a grinder, mortel or just your fingers.

**Q: Does it dissolve in water?  Will the water be clear?**
A: Yes it dissolves quickly. No, the water is not clear. Its darkish.

**Q: Can you please confirm that this will be packaged and shipped with care? I want to buy but the main customer complaint is broken jars upon arrival.**
A: My jar arrived in excellent condition with two other spices in that shipment. I usually select several items and Wednesday shipping. Have never had a problem with anything broken in shipping.
