Samsung website and Wallmount manual confirms for use on my TV--- Samsung UN65KS8500 Curved 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 Model)... Now I need two parts per Samsung WMN4277SK Mount Manual : 1) The TV (UN65KS8500 Curved 65-Inch 4K) does NOT ship with a spacer required per the Mount Instructions---- you will need a part that they show in a picture only...I had to research on SamsungParts.(COM) ... The part required is a "BN61-13518A, HOLDER-WALL RING" per Samsung Mount Instruction "page Inserts" (60 pages 4 of which are n English and 2 "page inserts" --instructions are questionably Chinese/English) Ok so I could not mount it that night--now I can not find a BN61-13518A (see photo of 4 parts) as it is out of stock everywhere --even tried UK, UK Ebay etc.. The Samsung part store shows them for 1.85 each and shipping at least $6.75-$51.75...but during check out I find out they are not in stock.... 2) You need M8 X 43-45mm screws per Samsung...they are not in the Mount Kit...All type of people selling the needed screws on Amazon. I read that Samsung may or may not send them? more time.... Ok so you have this Mount kit recommended by Samsung and you have this curved 65 inch TV by Samsung and you are not able to use them until you get the TWO aforementioned Parts.. That's pitiful execution by Samsung....and Frustrating.... So the TV manual says to call a Samsung number if you want to wall mount to get proper parts and after waiting and getting thru to Samsung (relatively quick --accept you have to talk with a non-human whom you give personnel info for about 5 minutes) then when a Samsung attendant does come on they ask you name and number (just did that that with ROBO_Answering_Machine). She then Tells you to call Samsung Parts, gives you the number to call (can not transfer). So I call--they were closed ----but ROBO says you can order on the website...www.samsungparts....... So one hour into the install I am no where ( I just used the same mount to install a Samsung Flat TV the week before...hmmm thought I would be over the learning curve) and baffled by the Samsung miscues...I order the parts and pay for 2nd day shipping (about $30 total)--and during check out I am told they are back-ordered...we all reach our limit--thus my 1 star review... I ordered bolts on Amazon...(2 day Prime ---range from $6.50 to $15.00---I went with 316 SS) So why would I bother using this mount this...1) I am passed my return period. 2) It's Paid for. 3) This mount has a nice adjustment feature ..You can adjust either side vertically to make the TV perfectly level after install.. (I guess you get what you pay for..should have purchased a Chief-adjustable or the like----- at just a few dollars more now that I have paid screws and and far less aggrevation.... I was able to use the same mount--- to mount a Samsung UN70KU6300 70-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 Model)--no problems at all...just read the inserts....and very limited Manual Chinese/English.
