**Q: Is there any chance of a online tutorial on how to use certain items like the watercolor and pencil holder and sandpaper and kneeding eraser?**
A: Go to YouTube or search engine type in what you need help with I find these tutoria in my search:

**Q: I just received my kit & it did not include a sharpener. Is there a way to have just the sharpener shipped? I couldn't find a place to ask the seller**
A: I would double check go back into your order history and it should have seller info if not you could look up that same item and get the sellers info that way

A: Prina is an Italian Co.  We bought this for my husband's 15 year old niece for her art.  She is a beauiful HS artist and wants to study art in college.  She loved it and has had no problems with it. Pricing is right on target =)
