Review: Good light bright - They work great, if I was going to complain about anything lack of control these are on or off you can't switch from white/red/blue it is full spectrum period. For me growing cannabis this is not ideal fortunately I have 2 others that are just white light and when the ladies are past veg stage, these lights are perfect after that. Little to nothing for heat which is excellent. I am pretty certain they would be great for house plants or starting veggies indoors.

Very nice affordable option for post-seedling transplants indoors. Use some paracord and a couple of locking ratchet clips to adjust height. Hanging mechanism is straight-forward and easily adjustable. Used zip ties to tie to lights together using the guy lines so they lay flat, two panels should fully cover two 3" nursery trays. Provides solid light and plants are growing wonderfully as a result. Pretty sturdy, good size, perfect for indoor transition grows.
