While the first prosthetic did work, I believe it's bigger than a C cup so I ordered a 300 gram B cup and it's perfect. It fits well into a bra and stays in place fairly well. It doesn't ever ride up but it does tend to twist just a bit so I must adjust it a couple of times a day. I can live with that until I have my second mastectomy this year. Since I am choosing not to bother with reconstruction, I will get another one of these for occasions when I need to wear an outfit that needs boobs to fit properly.
