Surprisingly Good Crema
I am very impressed with the quality of the crema it is able to get. Amazon must warehouse the pods locally, because ordering them produces them on my doorstep in 1-2 days (free on Amazon Prime). I completely agree with the design of the machine regarding how it is operated. You press a button to turn it on, it comes up to temperature right away (time covered by finding and heating the outside of an espresso cup under hot faucet water), put in your pod, press the button again, get your draw, press it again for more draw if you want, then forget about it, as it turns off automatically very soon. The crema makes every type of pod taste quite good to me. I also have a Keurig which I only use for "Café Ensuré". I go to the Nespresso for a fast black tasty brew. I have a $1K Rancilio for processing fine fresh beans, but I rarely make the time to use it because I'm so "efficiency motivated". Go Nespresso!

Love my upgrade!
I have a smaller nespresso mini that still works great. I started traveling a lot (by car) for work and missed my am coffee. So upgraded but wanted to stay on the smaller side but a larger water tank and no longer restricted to one cup/mug. Lol. Love them both now I can take it with me as well.

CitiZ vs. Pixie Clips
Purchased the Citiz after taking my Pixie Clips to our second home. The Citiz seems like a much heavier duty machine than the Pixie Clips although I've had no issues with the Pixie. This also has an effect on the look of the Citiz vs the Pixie. Might be a preference but I like the look of the Citiz better. Both make the various espresso's and lungo's equally well. If you are not limited by space then the Citiz would be best.

Outstanding Nespreso model
This purchase is a replacement for seven-year-old Le Cube whose pump died. The Le Cube was a fantastic machine, and, so far, this is a fantastic replacement. It's much, much quieter than the Le Cube. I also like the auto-off feature, since turning it on gives you a fast warm-up period and alleviates the problem of forgetting to turn it off (as I often did with the Le Cube). In summary, I highly recommend this excellent product.

Wrong Macine
Specifically ordered standalone Citiz coffee only and received machine w/milk base attached. Complicates counter top space use.

water pump failure
Boo, right out the box, mine had the [not-so] "rare" water pump failure and didn't work at all. So sad, I've been dying to have my own since trying it at a hotel a few weeks ago. But, two family members love their new Citiz models, so i'm returning this one (via the super easy drop-it-off-at-Kohls Amazon returns process) and ordering another one.

I've been a nespresso drinker for years. Between my family and myself we own 3 different machines. In the span of 5 months all 3 of them started leaking and were unfixable so I bought the Nespresso Citi espresso machine. It does get the job done without leaking but delivers the coffee very slowly and not near hot enough.
