I would think 40% works better than 12.8%?** A: Triple Paste is THE ONLY cream that works! The others are all junk if you ask me. I've tried them all. Something about how thick and the sealant used that makes this cream amazing. I feel so bad when my baby gets a rash and I'm out of this stuff. He had a rash for a week while I literally applied all the other creams (BUTT PASTE, DESITIN, SENSITIVE BUTT PASTE, ETC) and I felt like it was getting worse! I finally got some triple paste and not even a day went by and that rash was GONE!
