Good metal knobs for the money. *by A***X on Reviewed in the United States on 1 January 2022* These metal knobs replace the old knobs rather nicely for a low cost. They seem almost a tad oversized, but before long, you won't care much. Quite often, when using a Dutch Oven with these on them, cooking on the stove, you will find that you might not need oven mitts to take the lid off, for a quick stir, or checking on you food. Although, you will still need oven mitts when taking same Dutch Oven out of the oven, as they will be hot.Note, these are likely not solid all the way through, as they seem hollow, with a nut welded in on the bottom, but they seem rather sturdy. Also, they come with extra washers and spacers if that is what you need for some reason. As for my Le Creuset Dutch Oven, all it needs is the Knob, and the Screw (which is angled to fit the pots design. It worked well for that pot, as well as a cheap Dutch Oven I got years ago at Fred Meyer (Kroger) for $20. They did the job. The problem is that I can't use these for baking because of the heat limitation of the plastic. I bought two of these and they are inexpensive, attractive, and work perfectly.
